Breakfast at the Hirschen
We love the smell of freshly baked sourdough in the morning. Together with a cup of strong coffee – this is how we get ready to climb every mountain at the Hirschen. Prepared with love, we serve a mix of breakfast classics with an Austrian touch as well as dishes that reflect the people and nationalities of the Hirschen family. On warm sunny mornings we open the terrace doors to our garden and you can enjoy all this goodness al fresco.

When the Hirsch is in, our guests start dancing on the tables. Or so the legend goes. The Hirschen Bar opens at midday offering coffee and cake, a selection of Austrian wines, beers and classic cocktails as well as savoury snacks. The perfect place to unwind, meet new people and unleash your inner Hirsch.
