01 Can I park at the hotel?

The hotel has 40 on-site parking spaces directly in an underground garage on the premises. A parking space can be booked for 25 euros per night. The entrance gate of the garage allows a maximum hight of your car of 2,40 metres.

02 Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

03 Can my dog stay with me?

Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome. We charge 25 euros per night and per dog for this service. A fluffy dog bed will be provided.

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast area.

04 Can I securely store my bicycle?

The hotel has a secure space for guest bicycles, and e-bikes can also be charged there.

05 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

There is an option to check in and check out online.

06 Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

Yes, guests can leave their luggage for storage at the reception after check-out.

07 How far is it from the hotel to the Old Town on foot?

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town.

08 Are there any special perks for children?

The hotel offers diverse options for families. If you prefer for the children to sleep in the same room, the following rooms are best suited: Deluxe rooms, Big apartments and Garden suites. In these rooms, children up to 10 years have an their own bed for an extra charge of 35 EUR/night. Upon request, rooms with connecting doors can also be booked.

Breakfast is complimentary for children up to 10 years old.

09 How do I get to the hotel?

By car
In case you arrive by car you can park it in our garage (please see description above).

By train
The hotel is just a 5 mins. walk away from the train station.

By plane
You can reach the hotel by car/taxi within 10 mins. from the airport. A taxi will cost you between EUR 25 – 30. You also have the possibility to take the bus number 2. This will take you 20 mins. You will have to get out at stop ‘Salzburg Kiesel’.
