Can I park at the hotel?
The hotel has 40 on-site parking spaces directly in an underground garage on the premises. A parking space can be booked for 25 euros per night. The entrance gate of the garage allows a maximum hight of your car of 2,10 metres. You can park the car before checking in, as the gate opens automatically when a car is approaching. The garage is located 10 meters before the hotel entrance on the righthand side.

Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Can my dog stay with me?
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome. We charge 30 euros per night and per dog for this service. A fluffy dog bed and foodbowls will be provided on request.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast area.

Can I securely store my bicycle?
The hotel has a vast and secure room dedicated to our guest’s bicycles. It’s fitted with a repair station, sockets for e-bikes and a range of maps with cycling routes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
There is an option to check in and check out online. Please check your emails to find the link to the online check in and check out.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, guests can leave their luggage for storage at the reception after check-out.

How far is it from the hotel to the Old Town on foot?
The hotel is only a 10- 15 minute walk from the Old Town.

Are there any special perks for children?
The hotel offers diverse options for families. If you prefer for the children to sleep in the same room, the following rooms are best suited: Deluxe rooms and Deluxe Studios, Big Apartments and Garden Suites. In these rooms, children up to 10 years have an their own bed for an extra charge of 35 EUR/night. Upon request, rooms with connecting doors can also be booked.
Breakfast is complimentary for children up to 10 years old.
When booking, please tell us if you are brining your children, so that we can prepare the beds.

How do I get to the hotel?
By train
The hotel is just a 5 mins. walk away from the train station.
By car
In case you arrive by car you can park it in our garage (please see description above).
By plane
You can reach the hotel by car/taxi within 10 mins. from the airport or take the Bus. Line Nr. 2 in front of the Sation will take you very closely to the hotel. Exit at Stop “Saint Julien Strasse”.
